Pay details: DOE (Range from £14,000- £25,000 Plus commission). Average yearly earnings £35,000.  Realistic overall earnings of £25,000 upwards first year (uncapped commission)

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Requirements: Either previous sales experience (telesales, car sales, insurance sales, b2b sales) or recently graduates with a business related degree.

Due to organic growth we are looking to attract talented, highly motivated and ambitious graduates or sales professionals who are looking to develop a long term rewarding career. We are looking to recruit high quality graduates, sales professionals and candidates from a similar background to join Spencer Riley as Trainee Search Consultants in our successful and developing Executive Search Team.

The role:

You will be identifying and networking with mid-level and executive level candidates in line with Clients Assignment Briefs and developing a network of clients within your own target markets. Currently we focus on sustainable growing markets including Engineering, Construction, Geotechnical, Environmental, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, Facades and Architecture, Logistics, Aviation, Energy and Renewables markets. We are looking for bright, intelligent and forward-thinking candidates with high levels of drive and ambition. Our training scheme is in house developed aimed towards guiding long term careers and development toward becoming your own Divisional Manager within 5 years.
