Required: Applicants should be able to work under own initiative, have a willingness to learn. Previous skills/experience in food preparation would be an advantage.
Hours: 30 hours per week
Minimum age: 16
Description: Working for a country pub/restaurant, as a Commis Chef you’re on the first rung of the ladder to become a great chef. Duties will include taking directions and guidance from senior chefs and managers, maintaining a high level of health, hygiene and safety when storing and preparing food, preparing vegetables, meats, sauces and pastry, helps the head chef in development of menus, assists the head chef in the ordering process and other related duties.
