Training provided: NVQ Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 via National Business College.
Pay details: Meets minimum apprenticeship wage
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm or 9.30am – 5.30pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays (37 hours per week.)
Requirements: GCSEs at grades E or above (new grades 3 or above) in English and Maths. Other requirements – good timekeeping and organisational skills, good telephone manner with excellent customer service skills.
Minimum age: 16
Description: This role will involve taking calls and setting up new claims as well as queries relating to new claims with the help and support of colleagues. The successful applicant will offer advice and guidance on additional benefits and services available during the call. Other duties will include sorting incoming post and logging on the system, scanning, photocopying, filing, answering incoming calls and accurately logging the calls, franking and organising the outgoing post and other related duties.
