Pay details: £131.25 per week.

Hours:  Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Requirements: GCSEs at grades C or above (new grades 4 or above) in English and Maths. Other requirements –  good timekeeping and organisational skills, excellent telephone manner with the ability to provide good customer service.

Minimum age: 16

Description: This role will involve greeting clients on arrival to the office, answering and dealing with telephone enquiries, managing the mortgage advisers diary and booking appointments, organising and setting up new files ensuring that correct compliance documents have been received and are uploaded to the client file, proactively chasing client, solicitor and estate agent to progress offer through to exchange/completion and other related duties.
