Pay details: Meets apprenticeship wage
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday (split shift 10am-3pm and 5pm-9.30pm, during split shifts you can stay on premises and have a free meal), Saturday and Sunday -10am-4pm
Required: Excellent attention to detail is required for this role, along with good multi -tasking skills and strong communication skills.

Description: As an Apprentice commis chef your role will be to support the head chef in ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen, whilst learning valuable skills to increase your own knowledge and competency. Duties will include ensuring all food is served to the required standard, preparation and cooking of fish, meat and poultry dishes, serving and garnishing dishes, assisting the head chef with the implementation of new menus, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen and other related tasks as required.
