Our client is a communications provider based in Huddersfield. They are currently offering a Customer Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Business: Communications.

Training provided: Customer Practitioner Apprenticeship with the support of a national training provider.

Pay details: Meets National Minimum Apprenticeship wage.

Hours: Monday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Requirements: Applicant should be interested in doing an Apprenticeship.

Minimum age: 16

Description: Duties will include:

Answering the phone on customer queries and then resolving through our suppliers and the networks.

Entering notes on to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management system.)

Ensuring call backs a few days after to make sure what the network says has happened has taken place.

Learning how to process order paperwork done by sales staff. Keeping customer and sales staff notified of order progress. Also, report the profit done on deals once approved. Update sales board/filemaker system.

Update customers of new offers via quarterly/ monthly calls to existing customers and feedback on any issues.

Learning about products to get a bit of technical understanding of solutions.

Fielding calls on inbound sales enquiries. Taking notes and passing on the enquiry.

Ensure monthly billing reports are accurate and reported to customers with options to help reduce costs or improve productivity.

Set up a personal Linkedin profile and start to network with customers and suppliers.

Update offers on the web site and come up with deals based on monthly price books from suppliers.

Help customers with purchases when calling in by getting prices from suppliers and ordering on their behalf.
