Training provided: NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service via National Business College
Pay details: Meets national apprenticeship wage
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Requirements: Ideally applicants should have GSCEs in English and Maths at grade C or above(new grades 4-9).
Minimum age: 16
Duties to include:
Making outbound calls as well as assisting customers who has specific needs
Answering incoming calls and processing claims
Ensuring that all queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and customer focused manner.
The natural ability to treat each customer as an individual and deliver a tailored response.
Update the CRM with changes and status for each customer.
Complete and Follow up the cases of each customer.
A team based approach to work.
The confidence to think on your feet and the flexibility to adapt to a wide range of clients.
To carry out any other reasonable duties at the request of your manager, as operationally required.
