Business: Gourmet burger establishment.
Training provided: NVQ level 2 Catering training via Kirklees College.
Pay details: Meets minimum apprenticeship wage
Hours: Wednesday and Thursday 10am – 9pm, Friday and Saturday 10am – 10pm and Sunday 10am – 9pm (breaks and meal times included.) Employer will pay fares for taxi home from work.
Requirements: Applicants should have good communication skills and must be clean and presentable. Applicants will undergo initial screening for Maths and English to show they are working at level 1 or GCSE or above.
Minimum age: 16
Description: Duties will include shadowing a member of staff, learning the correct techniques for preparing and cooking, adhering to all health and safety procedures whilst in the kitchen, day to day cleaning operations within the kitchen, taking orders and payments and providing excellent customer service.
