Training provided: Customer Service level 2 via Kirklees College

Pay details: Meets minimum apprenticeship wage

Hours: 38 hours per week

Requirements: Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent would be preferred but each person will be considered on their individual merits.

Minimum age: 16


A great opportunity to work within an event organiser company undertaking various duties including: – Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries – Making telephone calls in a professional manner – Dealing with requests for information – Data base management – Support the marketing function – To deal courteously and efficiently with all visitors – Lead Generation – Assisting Sales Team, once trained will become part of the sales team – Update the company website – Use Facebook and Twitter – Email campaigns – Assist organising events – General administrative duties – Produce reports plus any other relevant task as required.
