Training provided: Level 2 Customer Service Standard via Kirklees College

Pay details: £4.00 per hour

Hours: Monday-Saturday – 40 hours. 7:30 – 5:00pm Mon-Fri with 1 hour lunch. 8:00 am-12.00 Noon on a Saturday on a rota.

Requirements: Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent would be preferred but each person will be considered on their individual merits. No experience needed but a good positive attitude to learn on the job is essential.

Minimum age: 16


The Customer Service role will involve the following:  Meeting and greeting customers face to face – Speaking to customers, external organisations and suppliers by telephone – Making telephone calls to customers and external organisations – Updating customers on their orders – Inputting Financial information on to the system – Corresponding financial information to customers electronically and verbally – Processing Sales Invoices – Verifying suppliers invoices, manually, electronically and verbally – Working with money – Dealing with Credit Control and speaking to the customers on a regular basis – Chasing up payments – Inputting data onto internal systems.

The Yard Operative Duties will include: Loading our Delivery Vehicles – Assisting Customers – Picking Orders – Stock Taking – General Housekeeping – Assisting all members of the team as and when required – Dealing with requests for information.
